“The Devils Complex”
6 Power cleans 70/45kg
6 Front squats 70/45kg
6 Push jerks 70/45kg

One person completes the complex by themselves. Once they’ve completed the complex then next team mate begins.
The complex must be completed unbroken – 5 burpee penalty for breaking
