Step 2: Jump into our classes.

Attend as many classes as you can. This is where you learn and practice the movements, begin to build your strength and fitness as well as get to know the community. We recommend making at least 3 sessions each week, progress comes much faster that way!

Step 3: You’re good to go! Join the community

You don’t have to sort through marketing mumbo jumbo, platinum vs gold memberships etc etc. We keep it simple as we offer one membership type… That is come to as many coached classes as you can, get as much guidance as possible from our coaching staff and get your results. Simple, right?

  • NOTE: Our preferred and simplest method of payment is direct debit (not a contract). For cash payments it is a minimum of 2 week cycle paid in advance with a $5 administration fee.
  • We also cater for traveling workers. You simply pay for the weeks that you’re here and nothing when you’re not. Please Note** This is not an option unless you are a traveling worker. (EG: FIFO worker. Administration approval only).
