• After completing your one-on-one consultation and an intro week, join in on as many beginners’ classes as you can. (Intro compulsory only for those new to CrossFit)
  • All sessions run for approx 60mins but allow for an extra 10mins. Try your hardest to get to class on time as there is a 25 burpee penalty for late goers
  • All work outs are posted the day before and you can see them on the home page

NB: Saturday morning WOD’s (Work Out of the Day) are special to us. We mostly perform the workout as a team and head out to breaky after as well.
