• After being given the go ahead by our team, join in on as many classes as marked on the timetable as you can.
  • If you are a regular CrossFit member and/or have trained regularly at a CrossFit affiliate you can attend any class on the timetable below.
  • All sessions run for approx 60mins but allow for an extra 10mins. Try your hardest to get to class on time.
  • All work outs are posted the day before and you can see them on the WOD page
