Please carefully read our T&C’s and submit the form below to put your membership on hold. Your hold will not be submitted if it does not fall within the T&C’s.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Memberships can be put on hold for a period of 1+ weeks and for a maximum of 4 weeks. Less than 1 weeks this will not be actioned.
  • Holds are for the purpose of injury, illness or holidays.
  • Hold request form must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to next payment.
  • Upon expiration of the hold date, member’s account will automatically become active and payments shall resume. This is members responsibility not CrossFit Mooloolaba’s and refunds will not be issued.
  • Adding a hold to a membership will change its billing date, after the hold period is over. If you need this amended please email [email protected]
  • If the requested hold date falls on the same as the billing date, there a pro-rata amount may be charged.
