Terms & Conditions:
- Memberships can be put on hold for a period of 1+ weeks and for a maximum of 4 weeks. Less than 1 weeks this will not be actioned.
- Holds are for the purpose of injury, illness or holidays.
- Hold request form must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to next payment.
- Upon expiration of the hold date, member’s account will automatically become active and payments shall resume. This is members responsibility not CrossFit Mooloolaba’s and refunds will not be issued.
- Adding a hold to a membership will change its billing date, after the hold period is over. If you need this amended please email [email protected]
- If the requested hold date falls on the same as the billing date, there a pro-rata amount may be charged.
