Once the WOD begins the ball must not touch the ground until the WOD is finished – 25 Burpee penalty to each team member if the ball touches the ground

  1. Strict press 5×5 at or above 75%
  2. Max rep unbroken muscle ups – This is a test
  3. 10min EMOM
    1st – 7 Strict pull ups
    2nd – 7 Strict hand stand push ups
