Snatch ladder – Every 60 sec complete one snatch

RD’d men = 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 95kg, 100kg, 105kg, 110kg, 115kg, 120kg, 125kg, 130kg
RX’d Women = 45kg, 47.5kg, 50kg, 52.5kg, 55kg, 57.5kg, 60kg, 62.5kg, 65kg, 67.5kg, 70kg, 72.5kg, 75kg

There will be 6 bars used… 3 ladies, 3 mens
You will use the same bar for every lift and every minute you alone without help will change your weight
You can scale the bar to start at any weight however if you do scale you only get 6 lifts
You progress until you cannot lift the weight in the minute
You may make as many attempts as you like in the minute
